Exchange of defective goods.
Bracelet Medex® offers a 90-day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase of the product against manufacturing defects or defects in its products under normal and proper use.
For a defective or damaged Medex product exchange request Under Warranty, you must apply for an authorization number by e-mail only: email@example.com and a short description of the reason for your claim.
We will send you your authorization number by e-mail as well as the return procedures. You will then be able to return the link only (no bracelet) within 7 days of your purchase in its original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase in a postage paid envelope. Only claims accompanied by the authorization number and proof of purchase date will be processed for a replacement that will be returned by regular mail.
No exchange or refund will be accepted for “Custom engraving” unless we make a mistake.
Please take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your request.
This 90-day Limited Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or misuse and improper use. Bracelet Medex Inc. reserves the right to refuse, at its discretion, to exchange any merchandise that is not applicable to its exchange policy.
The links not accompanied by proof of purchase under warranty or deemed unacceptable for an exchange will not be exchanged or returned.
Bracelet Medex® reserves the right to make changes to its return policy at any time.
